Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas.

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

If your order has not shipped yet, you may contact us to update the address. Once the item is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

The carrier will usually attempt redelivery or leave a notice for you to reschedule. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment.

Installation & Use

We recommend professional installation to ensure correct plumbing and electrical connections. However, experienced DIYers may follow the included manual and video guides.

Always use the provided wax ring or rubber seal, tighten bolts evenly, and test flush before sealing. For LTL freight deliveries, inspect all parts before installation.

Yulika offers a 1-Year Free Warranty + 2nd Year Discounted Repairs.

  • 1st Year: Free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects and major components.
  • 2nd Year: Discounted repair service — you only cover the shipping cost, and we will repair or replace defective parts at no additional charge.

  • Improper installation or connection to non-standard plumbing/electrical systems.
  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or negligence.

Registration is not required, but keeping your order confirmation and proof of purchase will help us provide faster service.
