  • 1-Year Free Warranty: Every YULIKA product comes with a 1-year free warranty starting from the date of purchase.
  • +1-Year Discounted Repair: In the second year, we provide discounted repair services. In most cases, customers only need to cover minimal costs such as shipping.

Warranty Coverage

  • Applies to all YULIKA products, including smart toilets, bathtubs, mirrors, and vanities.
  • Covers major components such as:
    1. Ceramic body
    2. Electronic parts (heating system, flushing system, sensors)
    3. Control panels and accessories

Proof of Purchase Required

  • Please keep your order confirmation and purchase information from the platform where you placed the order (Wayfair, Home Depot, Overstock, or YULIKA official store).
  • This is the only proof for validating the warranty period.
  • No registration is needed — your warranty is automatically activated once you place an order.

How to Claim Warranty

  • Submit your claim through the platform where you purchased the product, or contact us directly at service@theyulika.com.
  • To speed up the process, please provide:
    1. Order number
    2. Description of the issue
    3. Clear photos or videos of the defect
  • Our service team will respond within 48 hours and provide a solution.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents.
  • Damages due to natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake, etc.).
  • Consumable parts such as filters, seals, and gaskets.
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use.

Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, YULIKA may provide:
